Base Salary
$170k - $240k/yr
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary strategic technical advisor for assigned customers.
- Own the technical account strategy, including roadmap and operating reviews.
- Develop and maintain strategic technical roadmaps aligned to customer objectives.
- Lead architecture review workshops and document recommendations.
- Guide customers through architecture and implementation choices.
- Productionize advanced customer workflows with governance and observability.
- Design and deliver strategic technical builds and integrations.
- Provide technical enablement to customer stakeholders.
- Align technical plans with various internal teams for coherent narratives.
- Translate customer friction into engineering-ready product feedback.
- Support customer governance and security motions.
- Act as a steady technical point of contact for strategic initiatives.
- Own cross-account technical programs and reusable blueprints.
- Contribute to the customer technical community with playbooks and artifacts.
- Shape the SA organization through mentorship and enablement programs.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills to lead technical conversations.
- Strategic and analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate trade-offs.
- Customer-minded and organized with a track record of building trust.
- Software development experience in Python, Java, Go, or similar languages.
- Experience with APIs, SDKs, and enterprise application architecture.
- Strong AI fluency and ability to integrate AI into workflows.
- Hands-on experience with agentic coding tools for technical solutions.
- Ability to architect end-to-end AI application patterns.
- Strong technical debugging skills across distributed systems.
- Deep understanding of networking and enterprise security constraints.
- Experience with cloud technologies like GCP, AWS, or Azure.
- Security and audit fluency for customer interactions.
- Experience defining production-readiness requirements for AI workflows.
- Ability to evolve prototypes into enterprise-ready designs.
- Experience in Software Engineering, Pre-Sales, or Solutions Architecture.
- Strong executive communication and technical account management skills.
- Experience serving as the technical owner for strategic accounts.
- Experience moving AI use cases from prototypes to production.
