Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Serve as the technical expert across the partner lifecycle by assessing delivery capabilities and translating workflow requirements into platform-native solutions.
- Build onboarding programs, technical playbooks, certification paths, and demonstration enablement materials for partners.
- Deliver demonstrations and technical deep dives covering generative AI capabilities and API integration architectures.
- Support strategic joint opportunities, RFP responses, and co-sell pursuits with Business Development and direct sales teams.
- Mentor partner-side solutions architects and advise on integrating Everlaw into broader legal technology stacks.
- Gather partner feedback and collaborate with product and engineering teams on platform features and API expansion.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in sales engineering, solutions architecture, or technical consulting.
- Roughly 8 or more years of total technology experience with deep hands-on expertise in legal technology platforms.
- Experience working with managed service providers or legal industry delivery teams and coaching technical practitioners.
- Strong knowledge of litigation technology processes, data processing, analytics, and platform integrations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for delivery engineers and partner executives.
- Ability to manage long partnership cycles and concurrent enablement workstreams.
- Ability to travel up to 25%.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
