Responsibilities
- Elicit, analyze, and document business and system requirements through interviews and workshops.
- Translate complex requirements into clear functional specifications and user stories.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners.
- Support delivery in Identity & Access Management (IAM) and compliance-driven projects.
- Maintain and manage requirements documentation and backlog using Jira and Confluence.
- Collaborate with development and QA teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to hybrid delivery models.
- Analyze business processes to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Facilitate workshops with mixed business and technical stakeholders.
- Support coordination with distributed teams to ensure smooth communication.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst / Requirements Engineer in IT projects.
- Hands-on experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM) or regulatory compliance projects.
- Strong skills in requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation.
- Ability to write clear functional requirements and user stories.
- Experience working in cross-functional, international teams.
- Familiarity with Jira / Confluence or comparable ALM tools.
- Very good English skills for daily project communication.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
