Responsibilities
- Design, test, and optimize prompts and tools that shape AI responses.
- Experiment with and release new AI models.
- Conduct research to identify inconsistencies in model outputs.
- Share knowledge on prompt design and context engineering with other engineers.
- Stay updated on the latest techniques in prompting and context engineering.
Requirements
- 2 to 10+ years of experience in software engineering or research.
- Strong background in software engineering fundamentals.
- Technical understanding of LLM-driven and agentic systems.
- Experience shaping LLM behavior through prompts and memory systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
