Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Build high-throughput and high-concurrency systems that capture activity from client desktop environments.
- Develop privacy and redaction systems for protecting sensitive data.
- Model recorded work as structured process knowledge, including knowledge graphs.
- Build coding-agent systems that generate software and support production deployment.
- Work directly with clients to install desktop agents, map workflows, and deliver automation.
- Turn end-to-end client work into scalable product capabilities.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience shipping production software end to end, including owning features from design through deployment.
- Experience working directly with clients or customers in a technical role.
- Experience building LLMs or AI agents into production systems.
- Strong full-stack or backend skills in TypeScript, Python, Go, Rust, or a similar language.
- Experience with high-throughput or high-concurrency systems, Rust, desktop applications or agents, or coding-agent and code-generation systems is valuable.
- Familiarity with Tauri, Electron, Windows, PostgreSQL, Next.js, or Azure is useful.
- Interest in a high-ownership, early-stage role with ambiguity and broad product responsibilities.
Benefits
- Base salary of $150,000 to $250,000 annually plus 0.5% to 1.5% equity.
- On-site role in San Francisco, California.
