Base Salary
$130k - $225k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and build product platform and marketplace interfaces from early concepts through launch.
- Make agent runs, evaluation results, reward signals, and quality feedback understandable and actionable.
- Partner with research and engineering teams to turn reinforcement learning and evaluation workflows into useful tools.
- Talk with users, observe their challenges, and improve the product based on feedback.
- Develop reusable interaction patterns while maintaining high usability, visual quality, and implementation standards.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in design engineering, product design, or a similar role shipping product interfaces.
- Primarily full-stack engineering experience with front-end skills and a track record of turning designs into working interfaces.
- A portfolio demonstrating strong visual design and shipped product work improved through user feedback.
- Technical education or strong technical fundamentals, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Experience collaborating closely with engineers and researchers.
- Experience with developer tools, data-rich products, research software, AI agents, evaluation, reinforcement learning, or training data is useful.
- Experience building reusable interface patterns or working independently in an early-stage company is a plus.

- Base salary of $130,000 to $225,000 USD annually.
