Responsibilities
- Develop model optimization algorithms involving quantization, pruning, knowledge distillation, and efficient architectures.
- Build and maintain performance benchmarking frameworks for large-scale training and inference.
- Optimize training and inference pipelines on GPUs and across distributed systems.
- Collaborate with ML researchers to transition optimized models into production.
- Track research and developments in model efficiency, compilers, and systems.
Requirements
- Be completing or have recently completed a bachelor's or master's degree in computer engineering or a related discipline.
- Demonstrate strong coding skills in Python and C++.
- Preferred: experience with deep learning frameworks and distributed training systems.
- Preferred: understanding of computer architecture, parallel computing, and GPU acceleration.
- Preferred: familiarity with GPU programming such as CUDA or Triton.
- Preferred: familiarity with ML compilers such as TVM, XLA, or TensorRT.
- Be able to commit to an onboarding date by the end of the year and state availability and graduation date in the resume.
