Responsibilities
- Architect and lead the development of scalable, secure browser extensions using TypeScript.
- Own the extension build system and tooling for reliable builds across all supported browsers.
- Champion the expansion of design systems for reusable and accessible components.
- Partner across functions to define API contracts and roadmap integrations.
- Lead the refactoring and redesign of legacy systems to improve scalability and reliability.
Requirements
- 13+ years of software development experience, with at least 5 years in large-scale production TypeScript.
- Expert-level proficiency in TypeScript, ES6+, core JavaScript, and advanced state management.
- Proficient in HTML5 and CSS3 for building large-scale, responsive applications.
- Extensive experience developing unit, integration, and E2E tests using Vitest, Jest, or Playwright.
- Solid understanding of web application security risks and vulnerabilities.
