Responsibilities
- Develop high-impact software solutions for autonomous driving and AD/ADAS data challenges.
- Collaborate with computer vision and machine learning engineers.
- Design data ecosystems that meet the requirements of modern machine learning development.
- Build efficient data-ingestion pipelines for vehicle-fleet data.
- Develop distributed cloud systems that process and transform large volumes of data.
- Mentor junior engineers in their day-to-day work.
- Define the long-term strategy for several products.
Requirements
- Extensive experience with Python or another object-oriented programming language.
- Experience building reliable distributed applications for data processing or similar areas.
- Experience working with RPC protocols such as gRPC and protobuf.
- Hands-on experience developing cloud applications with AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- At least 5 years of professional software engineering experience.
- Experience writing testable and modular code.
- Experience designing, deploying, and maintaining distributed systems.
- Experience with data pipelines, data platforms, workflow orchestration, or batch processing.
- Ability to collaborate across teams and disciplines in a fast-paced environment.
