Responsibilities
- Design, develop, support, and improve Citi’s low-latency trade execution platform.
- Lead a local team of developers and align delivery with the global technology strategy.
- Partner with traders and clients on product development and application-latency improvements.
- Maintain and improve testing frameworks, development tools, and environments.
- Design and implement test cases for trading functions.
- Contribute to Agile and Continuous Integration processes and collaborate with product development, technology, production support, and quality assurance teams.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience.
- Strong technical expertise in at least one of Java, C#, or C++.
- Previous experience developing automated trading platforms.
- Strong understanding of automated testing techniques.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and Continuous Integration processes.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, set goals, and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to present and understand complex concepts in a multicultural environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or university degree, or equivalent experience.
