Base Salary
$150k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy scalable and efficient software solutions.
- Own end-to-end feature development from conception through deployment and maintenance.
- Contribute ideas and solutions to improve product functionality, performance, and usability.
- Implement coding, testing, and deployment best practices to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Work with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to support continuous improvement and innovation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- At least 5 years of software development experience, including at least 2 years in a startup environment.
- Proficiency with Next.js, Node.js, PostgreSQL, and Google Cloud Platform or similar technologies.
- History of delivering high-impact organizational projects.
- Experience in digital health technologies is a strong plus.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, initiative, and ownership skills.
- Commitment to software development best practices and standards.
- Willingness to help build an engineering team from the ground up.
- Participation in an on-call rotation.
