Responsibilities
- Lead Identity and Access Management systems and solutions, including production support for SailPoint IdentityIQ and IdentityNow.
- Review system, user, and administrative roles and accounts to assess access levels for enterprise applications and platforms.
- Design, build, test, maintain, code, configure, and document IAM software solutions and developments.
- Lead cross-functional teams through end-to-end IAM implementation processes.
- Implement identity lifecycle management policies, procedures, workflows, connectors, and supporting resources.
- Develop and support SailPoint connectors and configurations, including Web Services, SCIM, JDBC, delimited files, and ServiceNow.
- Analyze and troubleshoot IAM issues by reviewing logs, researching errors, identifying code deficiencies, and replicating issues.
- Develop IAM technical strategies, designs, standards, and procedures aligned with business strategies.
- Collaborate with information security, risk management, infrastructure, architecture, and business teams to deliver IAM solutions.
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies, ethical practices, and regulatory guidelines.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or business field such as statistics, mathematics, engineering, or computer science, or equivalent experience.
- 5–7 years of related experience.
- Profound experience supporting and developing SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions.
- Solid programming skills in Java and BeanShell; PowerShell is beneficial.
- Experience with Lifecycle Event management and understanding of its phases.
- Expertise with SailPoint connectors, Identity Cubes, Identity Attribute Mappings, and LCM/LCE Workflows.
- Knowledge of cloud computing security and Identity as a Service solutions.
- Demonstrated analytical, project management, judgment, communication, independent work, and problem-solving skills.
- Certified Identity and Access Manager credential required within 120 days.
- SailPoint certification, such as IdentityNow or IIQ Certified Implementation Engineer, preferred.
- Certified Identity and Security Technologist and Certified Access Management Specialist credentials preferred.
