Responsibilities
- Partner with PreSales and client-facing teams to capture friction points and unmet requirements.
- Analyze root causes and define feature improvements, integrations, and automations.
- Deliver working solutions in 1–4 week cycles and merge them into product codebases.
- Design and implement solutions across infrastructure, scripting, and application layers in hybrid and cloud environments.
- Review offerings and provide feedback on solution design, usability, readiness, and alignment.
- Contribute fixes, enhancements, automation, documentation, and runbooks based on field learnings.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Operations, and PreSales, and communicate technical scenarios to business stakeholders.
- Mentor team members and contribute to shared knowledge and best practices.
Requirements
- Strong technical and business communication, documentation, and structured communication skills.
- Ability to quickly understand complex systems and codebases.
- Broad capability across infrastructure and cloud platforms, scripting and automation, and application development and integration.
- Experience with Azure, PowerShell, Python, Bash, Git, GitHub, and Azure DevOps.
- Strong understanding of code and release management and CI/CD and DevOps practices.
- Mandatory experience using AI-assisted development tools to accelerate delivery.
- Experience in large organizations with complex processes and dependencies, Agile environments, fast iteration cycles, scalable solution design and support, API-driven ecosystems, platform architectures, and client-, PreSales-, or product-facing work.
- Microsoft Azure, DevOps, cloud architecture, automation, infrastructure, or platform engineering certifications are optional.
