Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Own technical delivery across multiple customer deployments from prototype through production scale.
- Embed with customer teams to understand workflows and build full-stack solutions for their specific needs.
- Scope work and make pragmatic trade-offs between speed and quality.
- Write production-grade code across the TypeScript, Python, and data pipeline stack when needed.
- Translate customer feedback into product requirements and reusable patterns.
- Influence roadmap priorities based on real-world deployment learnings.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of engineering experience building full-stack products or complex integrations in fast-moving environments.
- Production-quality coding experience with TypeScript or JavaScript and Python.
- Experience with data pipelines and ETL processes.
- Experience integrating Large Language Models into products or workflows.
- Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Outstanding written and verbal English communication skills for collaboration with US-based customers and internal teams.
- Demonstrated ownership of customer outcomes and strong follow-through.
