Responsibilities
- Develop and evolve Gong’s machine learning platform, including shared libraries, development standards, CI/CD pipelines, and ML/AI tooling.
- Design and build scalable infrastructure for large-scale model training, experimentation, and validation.
- Drive MLOps strategy and best practices across cross-functional teams.
- Create standardized workflows that move research and engineering projects from experimentation to production faster and more reliably.
- Improve the scalability, reliability, consistency, developer productivity, and operational efficiency of machine learning development.
Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years building machine learning systems with Python.
- Strong infrastructure and system design expertise with the ability to solve complex technical challenges end-to-end.
- Experience or strength across MLOps, DevOps, internal tooling, and AI technologies.
- Ability to provide technical leadership, influence direction, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
