Responsibilities
- Develop and evolve Gong’s machine learning platform, including shared libraries and CI/CD pipelines.
- Design and build scalable infrastructure for large-scale model training and validation.
- Drive MLOps strategy and best practices to enhance developer productivity and platform reliability.
- Create standardized workflows for efficient transition from experimentation to production.
Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering experience, with 3+ years in building machine learning systems using Python.
- Strong expertise in infrastructure and system design.
- Ability to solve complex technical challenges end-to-end.
- Experience working in multidisciplinary environments across MLOps, DevOps, and AI technologies.
- Strong collaboration skills to influence direction while supporting teams.
