Responsibilities
- Own a multi-cloud, multi-region Kubernetes platform managed with Crossplane, Helm, and ArgoCD.
- Build and operate CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and Argo Workflows.
- Manage monitoring, logging, alerting, and on-call operations using Datadog, Coralogix, Sentry, and Wiz.
- Drive platform and security upgrades across high-scale production systems without disrupting live tenants.
- Design GitOps workflows that safely deploy changes across clouds and regions.
- Troubleshoot complex production, staging, and development issues.
- Improve infrastructure reliability, performance, cost efficiency, security, and customer resilience.
- Collaborate across R&D, Security, and Product and document decisions from RFC through rollout.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps or platform engineering, including deep AWS experience and ownership of high-scale production systems.
- Hands-on production experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.
- Experience with infrastructure as code and GitOps using Terraform and ArgoCD.
- Experience with CI/CD tooling such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Argo Workflows.
- Knowledge of cloud security and resilient, scalable, and cost-efficient architecture practices.
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools including Datadog, Coralogix, Prometheus, and Grafana.
- Scripting fluency in Python, Bash, or Node.js.
- Systems-level Linux troubleshooting, including DNS, iptables, and systemd.
- Clear communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Preferred experience with big-data infrastructure, Java/JVM services, or GCP and Azure.
