Base Salary
$140k - $170k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of new product features and refine product direction.
- Architect scalable systems and data models for performance and maintenance.
- Define and uphold engineering standards across the technology stack.
- Establish frontend and backend architecture patterns for optimal performance.
- Coordinate multi-team deliverables and resolve technical blockers.
- Mentor junior engineers and raise the overall technical standard.
Requirements
- Proven experience in product leadership and translating business goals into technical roadmaps.
- Strong background in system architecture and scalable system design.
- Expertise in defining technical standards, including CI/CD and testing strategies.
- Experience with frontend and backend development practices.
- Ability to lead observability and SRE practices effectively.
- Strong mentorship skills and ability to influence product roadmaps.
