Base Salary
$127k - $216k/yr
Responsibilities
- Provide guidance to small groups of engineers, including offshore associates, on assigned engineering projects.
- Design, develop, test, troubleshoot, and deliver software solutions based on business and project requirements.
- Implement web services, database operations, cloud deployments, batch jobs, workflow automation, and production support solutions.
- Manage and communicate progress on small to large complex projects with project teams, stakeholders, and cross-functional partners.
- Perform root cause analysis, resolve production issues, and develop action plans to reduce recurrence.
- Participate in project discovery and high-level design with product management, project management, business, and user experience teams.
Requirements
- Master’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience designing and implementing web services with Spring Boot and Java.
- Experience performing CRUD operations with Cassandra, SQL Server, and Cosmos DB using Spring JPA and Hibernate.
- Experience deploying cloud applications using Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Experience with unit testing using Mockito and WireMock.
- Experience using Git and GitHub, Python workflow automation, Spring Batch, Azure Databricks, Java 8, and Scala.
- Experience troubleshooting production issues and performing root cause analysis with Splunk, Grafana, and Azure Application Insights.
