Base Salary
$108k - $216k/yr
Responsibilities
- Analyze business, stakeholder, and technical requirements and maintain traceability across requirements, designs, and test cases.
- Develop, configure, maintain, and re-engineer software components and applications using appropriate coding languages, frameworks, tools, and standards.
- Prepare and execute test cases, perform regression testing, identify defects, and conduct root-cause analysis and corrective action.
- Build automation scripts for repetitive tasks and support CI/CD, testing, and other development processes.
- Monitor application performance, availability, logs, metrics, and maintenance data, and troubleshoot bottlenecks.
- Review change requests, conduct maintenance procedures, and report program metrics and progress against approved milestones.
Requirements
- Master's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field plus two years of software engineering or related experience.
- Experience developing with Java, Spring, and Spring Boot and designing Java-based web applications.
- Experience writing SQL queries and interacting with relational databases.
- Experience using Postman, Insomnia, Azure, shell scripts, UNIX programming, Docker, JIRA, Git, Kafka, and Kafka Lenses.
- Experience with API testing, containerized applications, messaging systems, and software testing and defect-management practices.
