Responsibilities
- Identify AI opportunities and develop practical business solutions that improve everyday work.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to transform ideas into impactful AI use cases.
- Coach colleagues, facilitate workshops, gather business requirements, and encourage workflow improvements.
- Create, monitor, validate, and continuously improve generative AI, agentic, machine learning, and digital automation solutions.
- Support adoption of AI capabilities from enterprise platforms and digital products.
- Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and digital experts in agile product teams to scale AI services.
- Share best practices and promote responsible, secure, compliant, and ethical AI adoption.
Requirements
- Pursuing or recently graduated with a master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Business Analytics, Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Professional experience in AI, data analytics, software development, or digital technologies is advantageous.
- Practical experience with generative AI, agentic solutions, machine learning, automation tools, or data analytics is advantageous.
- Ability to apply AI and data services within the relevant field of expertise.
- Knowledge of Python, cloud platforms, enterprise software such as SAP, ServiceNow, or Salesforce, or other current AI technologies and platforms is advantageous.
- Strong analytical thinking, curiosity about emerging technologies, stakeholder collaboration skills, and fluent English communication are required.
