Responsibilities
- Design, build, configure, and integrate agents, prompts, tools, skills, memory components, and multi-agent workflows.
- Implement orchestration, task handoffs, communication, error recovery, model integrations, and prompt/context management.
- Build fine-tuning, data preparation, training, ingestion, embedding, vector retrieval, connector, adapter, and end-to-end RAG pipelines.
- Develop evaluation harnesses and test suites measuring agent and component quality, and use findings to improve designs.
- Implement guardrails, content filtering, prompt-injection defenses, PII detection and redaction, and access controls for models and tools.
- Implement versioning, audit logging, lineage tracking, model documentation, observability, monitoring, alerting, and cost tracking.
- Integrate and operationalize open-source libraries, frameworks, third-party AI technologies, and platform services.
- Create low-level designs, component specifications, integration contracts, and other technical documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional delivery teams and contribute to technical problem-solving and design discussions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Science, or a related engineering discipline.
- Experience through work or coursework designing, coding, and building advanced agentic, generative, and classical AI/ML solutions using at least one cloud vendor.
- Experience through work or coursework in agentic, LLM, and generative AI.
- Experience through work or coursework architecting and operationalizing LLM-driven application architecture patterns.
- Proficiency in coding, engineering, machine learning, deep learning, and NLP solutions and applications.
- Coding experience using Python.
