Base Salary
$165k - $330k/yr
Responsibilities
- Architect and develop infrastructure and platform features for enterprise customers.
- Lead technical initiatives for secure and scalable private connectivity solutions.
- Design solutions for regulatory and compliance requirements, including data protection.
- Advance self-hosted infrastructure offerings focusing on capacity and release management.
- Collaborate on initiatives for secure Baseten deployments within partner environments.
- Evaluate and implement emerging virtualization technologies for platform security.
- Develop technical specifications and drive projects from conception to execution.
- Provide mentorship on enterprise infrastructure best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in building distributed systems or cloud infrastructure.
- Experience with enterprise security, compliance, and privacy requirements.
- Advanced understanding of distributed systems concepts and cloud architectures.
- Ability to independently manage technical projects from planning to implementation.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills with cross-functional teams.
- Preferred experience with AI/ML systems or familiarity with MLOps practices.
