Responsibilities
- Build services that migrate Jamf products and functionality onto the Platform and Portal.
- Break customer problems into executable work and independently complete tasks from start to finish.
- Design new and existing features and deliver high-quality enterprise software.
- Communicate technical concepts to stakeholders and collaborate with Technical Communication, Support, Product, and Cloud teams.
- Mentor and help level up the team's engineering skills.
- Follow engineering best practices and support a positive, inclusive workplace.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience developing enterprise-grade software.
- At least 5 years of experience with current programming languages and tools relevant to the position, including Kotlin, Spring Boot, and AWS.
- Required two-year associate degree; a four-year bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Experience with testing and quality assurance processes.
- Preferred experience with performance and load testing applications.
- Preferred hands-on experience with GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or other AI-driven coding assistants.
- Preferred experience building enterprise-level software and mentoring or coaching engineers.
- Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, collaboration, and relationship-building skills.
- Apple platform experience is preferred.
