Responsibilities
- Configure and customize the ServiceNow platform across ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, GRC, and IRM modules.
- Develop high-quality, upgrade-safe ServiceNow solutions using scripting and Flow Designer.
- Debug and resolve technical issues and write clean, efficient, maintainable code.
- Conduct code reviews, quality-control checks, unit testing, pair programming, and UAT defect resolution.
- Partner with Business Analysts to translate requirements into viable technical solutions.
- Collaborate effectively with virtual teams across multiple locations.
Requirements
- ServiceNow implementation experience and in-depth ITSM product knowledge.
- Experience with ITOM, including Discovery, CMP, and Service Mapping, as well as GRC and IRM.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting, JavaScript, Flow Designer, and integrations.
- Experience working with Agile delivery methods such as Scrum and Kanban.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively in virtual teams.
