Base Salary
$130k - $195k/yr
Responsibilities
- Assess AI-built prototypes and decide whether to harden, rebuild, redirect, or discontinue them, owning selected projects end to end.
- Design, build, and ship secure, reliable enterprise backend or full-stack services.
- Use agentic coding tools and build MCP servers, sub-agents, and agent skills as production artifacts when appropriate.
- Collaborate with Finance, HR, Legal, and Compliance partners to translate business workflows into adopted software.
- Deliver runbooks, evaluations, dashboards, and operational handoffs.
- Establish reusable platform patterns with the Enterprise Platforms team and conduct rigorous reviews of AI-generated code.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of software engineering experience building and operating production backend or full-stack systems.
- Demonstrated ability to independently deliver high-ambiguity projects end to end.
- Hands-on cloud experience, preferably with GCP, including containerized services, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and serverless systems.
- Daily fluency with agentic coding tools and experience building LLM-powered applications or agentic workflows.
- Ability to review, harden, and productionize AI-generated code with strong product sense and scoping judgment.
- Exceptional communication skills with non-engineering stakeholders.
- Experience in highly regulated industries, especially finance or fintech, is strongly preferred.
