Responsibilities
- Evolve and maintain cloud infrastructure, delivery systems, observability, and self-service platforms.
- Develop AI-centered tools that improve development and operations efficiency.
- Partner with engineering teams to improve service performance, reliability, scale, security, and cost.
- Participate in on-call rotations, maintain production SLOs, and drive incidents through to permanent resolution.
- Build internal tools from developer feedback, measure outcomes with metrics and KPIs, and collaborate with R&D stakeholders.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a DevOps or Platform Engineer.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with GCP, AWS, or Azure and infrastructure as code such as Terraform; Crossplane or another Kubernetes-native approach is a plus.
- Production-depth Kubernetes experience, including containerized deployments, scheduling, resource management, and troubleshooting.
- Experience building and owning CI/CD pipelines with modern tooling and advanced deployment methodologies.
- Experience implementing and customizing monitoring and observability systems such as Datadog, Grafana with Loki, Prometheus, or ELK.
- Software engineering skills for reviewing, debugging, and improving agent-generated work.
- Hands-on experience using and extending AI tooling through agents, rules, and integrations.
- Strong ownership of service reliability, product mindset, curiosity, adaptability, communication, and bias for action.
