Base Salary

$87k - $165k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, integrate, optimize, and sustain compute, network, storage, platform, and infrastructure environments across build, integration and test, and production stages.
  • Develop and support scalable cloud-based platform infrastructure focused on performance, reliability, and operational stability.
  • Implement infrastructure pipelines, CI/CD processes, automation, and configuration management to improve consistency and reduce deployment time.
  • Collaborate with software engineers, data scientists, platform engineers, systems administrators, and agile development teams.
  • Integrate encryption, access management, security, and compliance controls into platform environments.
  • Provide ongoing operational support and contribute to platform modernization using emerging technologies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field such as Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or Physics, plus a minimum of five years of related work experience.
  • Proven experience installing, configuring, and maintaining Red Hat Linux operating systems.
  • Experience implementing infrastructure or platform pipelines that result in deployed services through CI/CD.
  • Experience with Terraform, Ansible, and Chef automation frameworks.
  • Must meet DoD 8570 IAT Level II requirements, such as Security+ CE or an equivalent certification.
  • Active and current TS/SCI security clearance with CI polygraph is required on day one, and U.S. citizenship is required.
  • Preferred qualifications include experience managing servers, networks, storage, virtualization, DevSecOps application delivery, cybersecurity, system implementation and design decomposition, Kubernetes, Docker, Podman, Jira, Confluence, Jenkins, Artifactory, GitLab, Helm, COTS products, and FOSS products.
