Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, integrate, implement, optimize, and support platform and infrastructure environments across build, integration and test, and production stages.
- Develop and maintain compute, network, storage, virtualization, and cloud-based infrastructure solutions focused on performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Automate infrastructure deployment and configuration management to improve consistency, efficiency, and deployment speed.
- Collaborate with software engineers, data scientists, systems administrators, and agile development teams on resilient platform solutions.
- Embed encryption, access management, security, and compliance controls into platform infrastructure.
- Provide ongoing operational support for platform stability, functionality, and performance.
- Support platform modernization and the development and operational environments of a large-scale national security program.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field such as Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or Physics, plus at least five years of related work experience.
- Proven experience installing, configuring, and maintaining Red Hat Linux operating systems.
- Experience implementing infrastructure or platform pipelines that result in deployed services.
- Experience with Terraform, Ansible, and Chef for infrastructure automation and management.
- Must meet DoD 8570 IAT Level II requirements, such as Security+ CE or an equivalent certification.
- Active and current TS/SCI security clearance with CI Polygraph is required on day one.
- U.S. citizenship is required because only U.S. citizens are eligible for the required security clearance.
- Preferred experience includes managing and troubleshooting servers, networks, storage, and virtualization technologies.
- Preferred experience includes developing, testing, and delivering applications in a DevSecOps framework.
- Preferred experience includes containerized platform infrastructure using Kubernetes, Docker, and/or Podman.
- Preferred experience includes deploying, configuring, and supporting CI/CD pipeline tools including Jira, Confluence, Jenkins, Artifactory, GitLab, and Helm.
- Experience with installation, configuration, and integration of COTS and FOSS products is preferred.
