Base Salary
$108k - $154k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build distributed, API-driven systems and web applications for tens of thousands of users.
- Design and implement AI-powered software solutions, agents, skills, tools, and intelligent workflows.
- Develop robust and maintainable software using C#, .NET Framework, SQL Server, AWS, and Claude Code.
- Use AI models, telemetry, monitoring, and observability capabilities to identify anomalies and improve system reliability.
- Build automation that streamlines research, information discovery, and business workflows.
- Participate in software design, development standards, code reviews, and evaluation of emerging technologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited, not-for-profit, in-person university or college.
- 3+ years of deep .NET development experience using C#, including cross-platform communication technologies such as Web API.
- Working knowledge of AWS or Azure and experience with RESTful web services.
- Experience architecting, designing, and building distributed, service-oriented systems and web applications.
- Data modeling experience and understanding of data quality, data governance, and data-centric application design.
- Familiarity with large language models, prompt engineering, or agent-based architectures.
- Experience with monitoring, telemetry, observability, or automated diagnostics platforms.
- Preferred qualifications include SQL and database development knowledge, AWS Lambda, DynamoDB, SQS, AI agents, workflow automation, intelligent search, and AI-assisted software development practices.
- Strong communication skills and a track record of commitment to prior employers.
