Base Salary
$120k - $137k/yr
Responsibilities
- Analyze business and technical requirements and design healthcare payer solutions aligned with client objectives.
- Lead solution discussions with client business and IT stakeholders and validate functional and technical requirements.
- Design, develop, test, and implement custom applications and enhancements.
- Develop and maintain integrations, APIs, and web services supporting Facets and related healthcare platforms.
- Create technical specifications, solution designs, and project documentation.
- Estimate effort, timelines, resource requirements, and delivery milestones.
- Monitor project execution, track progress, and communicate status, risks, and issues.
- Troubleshoot complex technical problems and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure scalable, high-quality delivery.
Requirements
- Strong healthcare IT experience, preferably supporting healthcare payer organizations.
- Hands-on TriZetto Facets experience with Membership, Billing, and Claims modules.
- Client-facing consulting or technical advisory experience.
- At least 2+ years of hands-on development experience with .NET Framework/.NET Technologies and SQL development.
- Strong programming experience with Oracle Database and Microsoft SQL Server.
- Experience designing and developing web services, APIs, and system integrations.
- Knowledge of object-oriented analysis, design, and development principles.
- Experience with AWS Glue and Angular.
- Experience participating in medium- to large-scale software development projects.
- Preferred experience includes Facets Provider and Commissions modules; TriZetto QNXT, NetworX, CareAdvance, and Elements; TriZetto Hosting Center architecture; Python; Kafka; Azure DevOps; cloud-native architectures; and healthcare payer digital modernization programs.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication, stakeholder engagement, and adaptability skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project, and Visio.
