Responsibilities
- Design, document, and execute test procedures using JIRA and Zephyr.
- Coordinate project deliverables, product requirement testing, production support issues, integration testing, and device and version compatibility activities.
- Develop and maintain automated software component tests and test frameworks.
- Incorporate automation tests into the software build process.
- Perform mobile, web, and desktop test planning, execution, and product status reporting.
- Provide task status and progress reports to project teams and leaders.
- Collaborate with software developers, project management, quality, product management, business analysts, and support teams.
- Apply testing knowledge across different platforms and code bases.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or an engineering discipline with computer science experience.
- 5–7 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance.
- Experience with end-to-end testing of complex software and hardware solutions and the software development lifecycle.
- Experience with C#, SQL, and web technologies.
- Test automation experience is a plus.
- Strong communication, analytical, planning, organizational, collaboration, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage competing demands.
- Experience working in an agile development environment.
