Responsibilities

  • Design, build, modify, and maintain durable test automation frameworks.
  • Integrate automated testing with CI/CD using Jenkins or Harness.
  • Develop reliable functional test automation and provide execution support, triage, and refactoring.
  • Review automated test code and enforce engineering standards.
  • Define and standardize QA processes, testing scope, priorities, and risk coverage.
  • Document defects, execute test plans, support debugging, and perform manual testing when needed.
  • Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, DevOps, infrastructure, Product, Architecture, and Release Management teams.
  • Mentor team members, provide quality engineering leadership, and support CI onboarding.
  • Research and implement automation technologies while improving coverage, stability, and quality metrics.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of QA/SDET experience.
  • Proficiency in Java, TypeScript, and Python.
  • Experience with Selenium, Appium, JUnit, Postman, Insomnia, NodeJS, Mocha, and Cucumber.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or Harness.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Familiarity with Agile, TDD, and BDD.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Preferred experience includes AWS, Azure, AngularJS, modern web frameworks, GenAI, AI/ML, advanced automation augmentation tools, JIRA, Xray, qTest, Allure Reports, Workday, and SAP.
