Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical strategy for Connectly’s AI platform.
- Architect, build, and launch production-grade AI systems for customer-facing experiences.
- Lead technical alignment across AI, infrastructure, and application engineering teams.
- Experiment with and deploy advanced LLMs for various business use cases.
- Design evaluation frameworks for AI model quality and customer experience.
- Develop pipelines for model fine-tuning and continuous learning.
- Partner with platform teams to optimize cost and performance across the AI stack.
- Collaborate with product and data leadership to achieve strategic objectives.
- Serve as a hands-on technical mentor to engineering teams.
Requirements
- MS or BS in Computer Science is required.
- 10+ years of software engineering experience focused on AI/ML systems.
- Proven track record of launching customer-facing AI products using LLMs.
- Expertise in model fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and AI evaluations.
- Experience leading technical strategy across large engineering organizations.
- Background in a leading AI or technology company with exposure to best practices.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and large-scale data pipelines.
- Hands-on experience with Python, AWS, Kafka, Postgres, and DynamoDB.
