Responsibilities
- Build and deliver software across multiple product areas as a hands-on engineer using AI agents.
- Promote best practices, workflows, and tooling for AI-assisted coding, testing, documentation, and deployment.
- Evaluate, select, and configure AI development tools and agent frameworks.
- Define clear, structured, and decomposable requirements and product direction in collaboration with product managers and team members.
- Communicate technical concepts, document approaches, and collaborate across teams.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of software engineering experience with the ability to design, evaluate, and evolve software architectures.
- Solid understanding of distributed systems, APIs, and system complexity.
- Hands-on production experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Copilot, Cursor, and Claude.
- Experience with autonomous coding agents and multi-step task orchestration.
- Practical experience with Model Context Protocol.
- Ability to define requirements for engineers and AI agents with strong product awareness and attention to long-term stability.
- Experience with telecom systems, BSS/OSS, or messaging infrastructure is a plus.
- Experience with multi-agent frameworks is a plus.
- Strong communication and technical documentation skills.

Benefits
- Monthly salary of 60 000 SEK to 85 000 SEK.
- No relocation support is available.
