Responsibilities
- Deliver features and products as a hands-on software engineer using AI-agent orchestration.
- Define, evolve, and scale practices, workflows, and tooling for AI-assisted coding, testing, documentation, and deployment.
- Evaluate, select, and configure emerging AI development tools and agent frameworks.
- Create reusable agent configurations, custom instructions, and workflows for organizational codebases.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and product managers to define requirements and product direction.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of software engineering experience with the ability to design, evaluate, and evolve software architectures.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, APIs, and system integration.
- Hands-on experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Copilot, Cursor, and Claude in software delivery.
- Experience with AI-driven and agent-based development workflows, including autonomous coding agents and multistep task orchestration.
- Ability to define structured, decomposable requirements for engineers and AI agents with strong product awareness.
- Practical experience with Model Context Protocol, tool-use patterns, or equivalent integration standards for multi-agent and tool orchestration.
- Strong communication, technical documentation, and cross-team collaboration skills.
- Experience with telecom systems, BSS/OSS, messaging infrastructure, or CPaaS is a plus.
- Experience with CrewAI, AutoGen, or LangGraph is a plus.
