Responsibilities
- Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of BSS and OSS platforms for telecom operations.
- Integrate BSS systems with OSS platforms.
- Monitor system performance and implement efficiency improvements.
- Analyze business processes to identify automation and optimization opportunities.
- Lead or participate in OSS-related projects aligned with organizational goals.
- Coordinate with BSS/OSS vendors and service providers on upgrades, bug fixes, and support.
- Maintain documentation of BSS-OSS configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
Requirements
- Strong expertise in BSS/OSS architecture, design, and implementation.
- Hands-on experience with billing, CRM, order management, revenue assurance, and service provisioning systems.
- Proficiency in system integration, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
- Familiarity with telecom operations, regulatory compliance, and industry best practices.
