Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain backend systems and services that scale reliably.
- Optimize LLM integrations and AI agent orchestration to improve product reliability and efficiency.
- Ship software hands-on and own significant technical challenges across the product.
Requirements
- Typically 8 to 10 or more years of relevant engineering experience with a substantial record of coding and shipping software.
- Strong backend engineering experience, including building scalable systems.
- Hands-on production experience improving LLM integrations and AI agent workflows.
- A portfolio of side projects demonstrating technical depth and sustained curiosity.
- Fast-growing startup experience and a high degree of ownership and motivation for early-stage work are preferred.
- Candidates must be legally eligible to work in Sweden.
Benefits
- Base compensation includes $80,000 to $120,000 USD annually plus equity.
- Compensation and the salary-to-equity mix may be negotiable for exceptionally senior candidates.
