Responsibilities
- Own delivery of agentic AI solutions from business problem framing and prototyping through production industrialization.
- Design and implement agents using planner-executor, tool-calling, multi-agent, and human-in-the-loop patterns.
- Partner with business leaders, architects, engineers, and control functions to define requirements, KPIs, and adoption plans.
- Implement evaluation strategies, guardrails, validation, and governance controls for privacy, auditability, model risk, and safety.
- Build reusable patterns, components, and reference implementations for an AI use-case portfolio.
- Deploy and operate AI services, monitoring and improving agent quality, cost, latency, and safety based on evaluations and feedback.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience designing and building agentic AI workflows, including planner-executor, tool calling, multi-agent, and human-in-the-loop systems.
- Strong LLM operations and evaluation skills, including defining test sets and evaluating correctness, latency, cost, and safety.
- Experience with guardrails and responsible AI practices, including input/output validation, prompt safety, data leakage prevention, and regulated-environment controls.
- Strong Python software engineering skills, including modular design, testing, and version control, with comfort in notebook-based experimentation.
- Experience deploying AI services in AWS and integrating services through APIs, with familiarity with Kubernetes and containerization.
- Experience with data and analytics platforms such as Snowflake for grounding, retrieval, and context management.
- Ability to translate stakeholder needs into solution requirements, KPIs, and adoption plans, with strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Curiosity, innovation, ownership, pragmatism, and the ability to influence stakeholders while delivering working solutions at pace.
