Responsibilities

Define and maintain the AI strategy and roadmap for HR Technology with the Head of HR Technology.
Identify AI opportunities, translate business needs into viable solutions, and lead or contribute to studies, pilots, and implementations.
Establish architectural and governance principles for data, privacy, security, documentation, ownership, and lifecycle management.
Assess Workday and its AI capabilities, large language models, agentic AI, and enterprise AI platforms.
Design scalable, maintainable, and cost-effective interactions between AI, HR systems, enterprise platforms, and data sources.
Facilitate workshops, build AI awareness, and collaborate with HR, IT, architecture, legal, and data privacy specialists.

Extensive experience in technical positions, including building AI solutions and working with related technologies and architectural concepts.
Strong knowledge of generative AI, large language models, AI agents, and solution architecture.
Hands-on experience with HCM or ERP systems and platforms such as Microsoft Copilot Studio, Claude, Azure AI, Foundry, Power Automate, MCP, and A2A or similar.
Understanding of APIs, integrations, data architecture, and cloud technologies.
Experience prototyping AI solutions, gathering requirements, and facilitating workshops.
A university degree or equivalent experience.
Strong English communication skills and the ability to manage stakeholder expectations while taking ownership.

Hybrid work setup based in Stockholm or Sandviken, with possible remote work elsewhere within the CET time zone.
