Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services.
- Optimize LLM integrations and AI-agent orchestration for reliability and efficiency in production.
- Own technical challenges and deliver improvements to platform performance and user experience.
Requirements
- Typically 8 to 10 or more years of relevant engineering experience with substantial hands-on coding and software delivery experience.
- Strong backend engineering experience building scalable systems.
- Practical experience optimizing LLM and AI-agent workflows in production environments.
- Fast-growing startup experience is preferred.
- A portfolio of side projects or other work demonstrating technical depth, curiosity, ownership, and commitment to craft.
- Must be legally able to work on-site in Stockholm, including relocating if needed.
