Responsibilities
- Design and build AI solutions using text, voice, and conversational interfaces.
- Develop agentic AI solutions that interact with data, tools, and business systems.
- Integrate AI services with Genesys, ElevenLabs, or similar communication and voice platforms.
- Take AI solutions from prototype to production, including testing, deployment, and monitoring.
- Evaluate and improve solution quality, reliability, response time, cost, and user outcomes.
- Apply security, data protection, and responsible AI practices.
- Document technical solutions and support knowledge sharing across teams.
- Identify and deliver valuable AI use cases with business and technology teams.
Requirements
- Degree or equivalent experience in computer science, engineering, data science, AI, or a related field.
- Experience building and operating AI-enabled applications.
- Strong programming skills, preferably in Python.
- Experience working with advanced AI models through APIs.
- Experience with text, speech, audio, or conversational AI, preferably in Swedish.
- Experience building agentic AI solutions that interact with tools, data, and business systems.
- Experience across the AI development lifecycle, including testing, deployment, and monitoring.
- Experience integrating communication, contact-centre, or voice platforms such as Genesys or ElevenLabs.
- Understanding of APIs, cloud platforms, and modern software engineering practices.
- Awareness of security, data protection, and responsible AI.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience in financial services, customer service, or another regulated industry is advantageous but not essential.
