Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain backend systems and services that operate at scale.
- Optimize and iterate on large language model integrations and AI agent orchestration.
- Improve the reliability and efficiency of AI-powered product workflows.
- Own technical work and ship software supporting platform performance and user experience.
Requirements
- Typically 8 to 10 or more years of relevant experience with a substantial hands-on record of coding and shipping software.
- Strong backend engineering experience building scalable systems.
- Practical production experience optimizing LLM integrations and AI agent flows.
- A portfolio of side projects demonstrating technical depth and sustained curiosity.
- Startup experience, particularly in a fast-growing environment, is preferred.
- Strong ownership and commitment to engineering craft.
- Legal eligibility and willingness to work on-site in Stockholm, including relocation if needed.
