Responsibilities

Develop, modify, and enhance standard and custom SAP solutions using ABAP, including workflows, interfaces, conversions, reports, enhancements, BADIs, and forms.
Translate business requirements into technical specifications and implement integrations with existing SAP modules.
Debug SAP and integrated-system programs, perform root-cause analysis, resolve user-reported issues, and deliver enhancements.
Create and maintain technical documentation and support unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
Collaborate with product configuration leads, functional consultants, business analysts, delivery managers, scrum masters, architects, and business stakeholders.
Suggest and implement improvements to SAP solution performance, scalability, reliability, security, and user experience.

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
At least 4 years of IT and SAP development experience with S/4HANA, MDG, Fiori, ABAP, Workflow, BRF+ Rules, BADIs, and OO ABAP.
Proven ability to write, debug, and optimize ABAP code.
Very good knowledge of SOAP and REST web services.
Experience defining inbound and outbound replication models, using BADIs for SOA services, and configuring SOA Manager.
Very good knowledge of ABAP Test Cockpit (ATC).
Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, or SNOW is a plus; experience with SAFe or Scrum is beneficial.
Relevant SAP ABAP or HANA certifications are desirable.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, documentation, and debugging skills, with the ability to work independently and in multicultural distributed teams.
Excellent spoken and written English and experience working in complex multinational IT environments.
