Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and enhance custom software solutions across systems and applications.
- Integrate data analytics platforms with custom software solutions and implement scalable architectures.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, manage team performance, and make team-level technical decisions.
- Collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Lead software quality, best-practice, and continuous-improvement initiatives.
- Mentor junior team members and provide solutions for the immediate team and multiple teams.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to design and implement scalable software architectures.
- Experience integrating data analytics platforms with custom software solutions.
- Familiarity with cloud-based data processing and storage technologies.
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server, data analytics, and data governance is preferred.
