Base Salary
$183k - $275k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own and drive the technical strategy for automation frameworks and test architecture.
- Define scalable and maintainable automation patterns for long-term growth.
- Lead architectural decisions for test systems across various programming languages.
- Develop and maintain automated test cases for SDK libraries and low-level software.
- Build and improve test infrastructure using Python and Groovy.
- Monitor test infrastructure and optimize runtime performance.
- Serve as the technical lead for the QE team and mentor engineers.
- Drive technical alignment across development and engineering teams.
- Create robust test plans and validation strategies with production teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Strong programming proficiency in Python and C++.
- Experience building and debugging software in Windows environments.
- Proven experience owning automation strategy or leading technical initiatives.
- Deep understanding of automation trade-offs and architectural design decisions.
