Responsibilities
- Architect, design, develop, and maintain engineering tools to increase productivity.
- Collaborate with PMs, Developers, and QA on tools strategy.
- Critique design and implementation specifications constructively.
- Contribute to automation frameworks and cloud-based test infrastructure.
- Evaluate and drive adoption of new tools and technologies.
- Diagnose, debug, and fix issues in the cloud-based automation environment.
- Participate in code reviews and promote good coding practices.
- Engage in technical screening and interview processes for new hires.
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to automation engineers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 7+ years of relevant experience, with at least 4 years in building tools or test automation frameworks.
- Solid programming skills in Java.
- Ability to handle ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
- Curiosity to learn and adapt quickly.
- Strong time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
