Responsibilities
- Design adaptive and inclusive digital commerce journeys across web and mobile channels using SAP Commerce Hybris.
- Configure and optimize Spartacus storefronts for responsive layouts, usability, performance, and accessibility.
- Develop and integrate SOAP and REST services connecting experience layers with enterprise systems.
- Translate commerce requirements into experience design specifications, interaction patterns, and configuration practices.
- Refine SAP Commerce catalogs, promotions, personalization rules, and core commerce modules.
- Configure and tune Solr schemas, queries, relevance, faceted navigation, autocomplete, and ranking.
- Conduct usability evaluations using analytics and user feedback to identify and address friction points.
- Document experience guidelines, interaction standards, and scalable platform configuration practices.
- Coordinate with quality and testing teams to validate storefronts, integrations, and search behavior.
- Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, SAP Commerce teams, and cross-functional partners.
Requirements
- Six to eight years of professional experience in digital commerce and experience design.
- Strong hands-on experience configuring SAP Commerce Hybris core commerce modules and extension frameworks.
- Advanced proficiency designing and integrating SOAP and REST services.
- Practical expertise configuring and customizing Spartacus with modular, reusable front-end components.
- Deep understanding of Solr schema configuration, query optimization, and search relevance tuning.
- Working knowledge of ISV and high-tech industry use cases, licensing models, and digital products.
- Required SAP Certified Development Professional certification in SAP Commerce.
- Optional certification in RESTful API design or enterprise search technologies.
