Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for the backend Lead Routing Application.
- Standardize branching, versioning, release, and deployment practices with development, QA, and operations teams.
- Own monitoring, alerting, dashboards, SLOs, observability, synthetic monitoring, and transaction monitoring.
- Implement secrets management, least-privilege, supply-chain security, and deployment readiness controls.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration with Terraform and Ansible, and manage Kubernetes, Helm, and environment parity.
- Use AI-driven tools and methodologies to improve automation, anomaly detection, test generation, and decision-making.
- Troubleshoot development, testing, and production issues and lead incident response, root-cause analysis, and postmortems.
- Mentor junior DevOps engineers and drive continuous improvement in engineering standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience as a DevOps or SRE engineer with production CI/CD, release management, and deployment automation.
- Cloud expertise in AWS, Azure, or GCP, with Docker, Kubernetes, Git workflows, and environment management.
- Experience with Terraform, Ansible, resilient on-call processes, incident management, monitoring, observability, dashboards, alerting, and synthetic or transaction monitoring.
- Experience integrating AI to enhance DevOps workflows; familiarity with machine learning is advantageous.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Strong problem-solving, collaboration, communication, and mentoring skills.
