Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for the backend Lead Routing Application.
Standardize branching, versioning, release, and deployment practices with development, QA, and operations teams.
Own monitoring, alerting, dashboards, SLOs, observability, synthetic monitoring, and transaction monitoring.
Implement secrets management, least-privilege, supply-chain security, and deployment readiness controls.
Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration with Terraform and Ansible, and manage Kubernetes, Helm, and environment parity.
Use AI-driven tools and methodologies to improve automation, anomaly detection, test generation, and decision-making.
Troubleshoot development, testing, and production issues and lead incident response, root-cause analysis, and postmortems.
Mentor junior DevOps engineers and drive continuous improvement in engineering standards.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Proven experience as a DevOps or SRE engineer with production CI/CD, release management, and deployment automation.
Cloud expertise in AWS, Azure, or GCP, with Docker, Kubernetes, Git workflows, and environment management.
Experience with Terraform, Ansible, resilient on-call processes, incident management, monitoring, observability, dashboards, alerting, and synthetic or transaction monitoring.
Experience integrating AI to enhance DevOps workflows; familiarity with machine learning is advantageous.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
Strong problem-solving, collaboration, communication, and mentoring skills.
