Responsibilities
- Drive the design and operation of the Gradient AI platform.
- Architect and evolve the agent development experience.
- Manage and evolve the benchmarking system.
- Establish and enforce technical standards across engineering teams.
- Mentor senior engineers to foster a culture of excellence.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate objectives into technical roadmaps.
- Lead operations excellence for the agent development platform.
- Oversee performance tuning and disaster recovery strategies.
- Drive development of internal tooling leveraging agents.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with production-grade AI/ML platforms.
- 10+ years in designing and building cloud applications.
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML platforms.
- Prior experience as a technical visionary in large-scale projects.
- Expertise in driving operational excellence through automation.
- Strong communication skills with a track record of mentoring.
