Base Salary
$200k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate end-to-end security incident response.
- Develop and maintain incident response playbooks.
- Design, build, and tune detection rules and event correlation logic.
- Improve SIEM capabilities and own log collection strategy.
- Write internal software to automate security workflows.
- Support third-party security program and evaluate vendor security posture.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in security engineering or operations.
- Hands-on experience leading incident response efforts.
- Strong threat detection engineering experience.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language, preferably Python.
- Familiarity with SIEM platforms and cloud environments.
- Excellent communication skills for conveying technical risk.
