Responsibilities
- Own the applied AI architecture end-to-end, including model selection and orchestration.
- Build Dossbot as the primary interface for operations with natural-language capabilities.
- Engineer AI-assisted tooling for schema and workflow generation on live production tenants.
- Design agentic workflows that are permission-aware and safe to run against customer systems.
- Establish eval and observability infrastructure to measure quality and detect anomalies.
- Collaborate with product, design, and Forward Deployed teams on high-leverage AI use cases.
- Mentor and shape engineering culture around applied AI practices.
Requirements
- Experience shipping LLM-powered features or agents to production at scale.
- Hands-on work with foundation model APIs, RAG pipelines, and prompt engineering.
- Built eval harnesses and guardrails for non-deterministic systems with critical data.
- Strong backend fundamentals in designing systems and using Postgres and cloud services.
- Ability to navigate ambiguous settings and determine when AI is the right tool.
